Kramer has launched the new 2.6 version of VIA Connect PLUS, which includes, among the main innovations, the VIA Versa functionality, which allows you to switch from the PC webcam to the meeting room camera
The VIA Versa feature, available in the new 2.6 version of VIA Connect PLUS, makes it possible to choose between the webcam of the laptop with which you are working and that of the meeting room connected to the VIA equipment.
VIA Connect PLUS is the Kramer solution for simultaneous presentations via cable or wireless, equipped – unlike the Connect PRO version – with an HDMI input to connect compatible PCs and devices and capable of working with both Wi-Fi and LAN connections. Suitable for multiple types of spaces, VIA Connect PLUS offers presentation and collaboration features and does not require additional hardware. Using a laptop or mobile device, the meeting participants can transmit HD videos with a maximum resolution of 1080p60, or presentations, with the use of images, documents and file sharing of all types and sizes.
The whiteboard function allows users to take notes, write ideas and edit shared documents directly from the screen of their device. VIA Connect PLUS also supports the mirroring function and the display of up to a maximum of four user screens on the main room display.
VIA Versa is just one of the new functions made possible by 2.6 version of VIA Connect PLUS: with it, the user can choose the webcam of his device or the camera with which the room he is using is equipped, for flexibility even more when presenting and sharing documents.
