Humly Booking Device, on the other hand, is a solution that stands out in particular for its flexibility and compactness, and which allows you to manage the booking of meeting rooms in an easy and versatile way, also with a view to the hybrid workplace, partly in presence and partly from remote. The display is able to show if a space or desk is available and integrates through the same backend as all products in the Humly Workplace Solutions line.
Humly Wayfinding also allows you to book a company space, as well as a desk, with great simplicity through the Humly Web App or directly from Microsoft Teams. The Humly Wayfinding screen, in fact, shows all the meetings organized in order of time, in order to offer a synoptic and immediate view of the spaces and times already occupied.
For an instant 3D overview of the office, to check the availability of a room and manage reservations in interactive mode, there is Humly Floor Plan, which can also be used with the telephone outside the office.
Finally, Humly Visitor allows guests to check in and approve the terms and conditions of any service through a simple yet elegant user interface, while Humly Reservations allows anyone to book what they need, when they need it, facilitating the work routine in an office through the use of clear and intuitive technology.
