A sleek, understated microphone solution for small to medium-sized conference rooms, the Shure Microflex MXA901 is a lightweight ceiling array that’s easy to install and use
The Shure brand, distributed in Italy by Prase Media Technologies, has launched its new and lighter ceiling microphone array solution, Microflex MXA901, designed to offer clean and precise audio in small conference rooms. Characterized by a sober and elegant style, and a 34cm round format that adapts to any type of interior, MXA901 is based on Single-zone Automatic Coverage technology, capable of picking up speakers’ voices clearly and without the need for installation. Integrated IntelliMix DSP also guarantees echo- and noise-free audio, while the latest generation design ensures speech quality as well as improved directional pickup.
The Microflex Advance MXA901 model is therefore the most discreet and thinnest model of its series, available with white, black or aluminum finishes, or colorable as desired to adapt it to the furnishings and color dominants of the individual rooms.
The aforementioned Single Zone Automatic Coverage technology requires no installation and captures the voice of each speaker in an area of 6×6 m. While a single MXA901 is better suited to working in smaller spaces, you can always use multiple devices to cover larger spaces. Furthermore, a range of options are available for ceiling, recessed and suspended mounting to adapt to different types of environments.
Certified for use with Microsoft Teams and Zoom, and compatible with many other popular collaboration tools, the MXA901 also offers network mute functions, DSP as well as Microflex Ecosystem speakers, while as far as security is concerned, the encryption function Shure Audio Encryption protects content shared between the MXA901 and other Microflex Ecosystem devices in the room.
Shure System and Pro products are distributed in Italy by Prase Media Technologies.
