The system offers next-generation functionality and flexibility, without the need for an initial hardware investment: the new Panasonic proposal for corporate communication is called KX-NSV300
The Panasonic KX-NSV300 is designed to offer companies telephone capabilities and flexibility, and does not require preliminary investments in hardware equipment. In short, Panasonic proposes the transition from a hardware server for corporate communications to a software communication system, without sacrificing reliability and performance.
Ideal for companies from ten to three hundred users, the KX-NSV300 ensures fast and convenient virtual communications, and is compatible with the full range of Panasonic telephony solutions, including wired IP phones and wireless terminals. Thanks to the product activation key, annual user licenses and remote maintenance, implementing the KX-NSV300 is very simple.
The service can be paid for by calculating a cost based on the number of users or an annual fee, and the system can be managed remotely, allowing technicians to securely access anywhere, anytime, to make the necessary changes and updates.
As for flexibility, since it’s a wireless multi-zone system, staff can receive calls wherever they are, within the perimeter of the company, drastically reducing customer waiting times. It’s also possible to switch calls between fixed and mobile devices without having to interrupt them. Finally, the DECT pager allows you to share conversations between multiple participants.
Other advantages of this system are the support of multiple devices, and the My Portal web user interface, which allows each user to take advantage of the available functions, for example to customize the settings of the unified messaging, without having to know the function codes or specific programming tools. And again, the Smart Desk, thanks to which mobile and remote staff can always be contacted at the same number, regardless of where they are working, and integrated unified communications: the system integrates with Panasonic’s UC Pro unified communications solution , for video communications, optional features for built-in call centers and call monitoring. Furthermore, thanks to an intuitive app, mobile softphone technology combines audio and video communications in users’ portable devices, allowing employees to register their smartphones as extensions of company numbers to the system.
