Mods Art has announced the availability of the new Rational Acoustics Smaart SPL software, for monitoring the SPL level
Smaart SPL is a new powerful and complete solution, designed by Rational Acoustics, for the SPL measurement of a potentially unlimited number of audio signals in real time, with the recording of data in text format and the creation of graphs of the level trend. Many functions available from the new software, including the ability to individually configure different meters, set level thresholds that generate alarms and view level measurements remotely via web browser.
Smaart SPL offers the same set of measuring instruments as Smaart v8.4, but both the format and the price make it more accessible to users who do not need the advanced FFT analysis features of Smaart v8.
In addition, those who already own Smaart v8 but need additional computers for level monitoring, can use Smaart SPL instead of purchasing another v8 license installation. In fact, with a Smaart SPL license, it’s possible to install the software on two computers.
