Its motto is “Install and Forget”: it is NEC PA703UL, a new laser LCD model with sealed optical unit without filter, for maintenance-free operation and reduced management costs.
NEC Dispaly Solution Europe has announced the launch of its latest LCD laser projector, which includes a sealed optical unit, for 20.000 hours of operation without any lamp change and reduced management costs. The new projector is called PA703UL and has been designed with particular attention to organizations that need reliable projection and characterized by high performance, in particular in places that are difficult to access such as ceilings of university classrooms, corporate conference rooms, museum installations, amusement parks and digital signage applications.
While traditional projectors usually require filter cleaning every 4-6 months to maintain high performance levels, with a completely sealed optical assembly and filter-free operation, the new NEC PA703UL projector does not require lamp replacement and “it’s satisfied” with much less frequent cleaning, eliminating downtime and reducing significantly the maintenance costs of the appliance.
PA703UL offers a brightness of 7.000 ANSI lumens to guarantee visibility to large screen presentations even in conditions of high ambient light. In addition, the device allows remote adjustment and offers a wide range of interchangeable lenses, with motorized lens shift, focus and zoom, without the need to physically act on the device. In short, a projector that aims to be “forgotten” once installed, to ensure long and trouble-free operation.
