Among the various internal operations that marked the conclusion of the path that led Maxell Ltd to assume responsibility for the production and distribution of the visual products of Maxell and Hitachi, there is also the important appointment of Keisuke Fujimura as General Manager of the Business Division Solutions
Keisuke Fujimura has gained more than thirty years of career experience in the professional electronics and audio video market. A highly experienced manager in the management field, he has held positions of responsibility and prestige at both Hitachi and Maxell, first operating in the Headquarters in Japan, then in Singapore and, subsequently, in Europe for the past seven years.
In his long career he has covered roles mostly related to managerial, organisational and business development aspects, also taking on the role of sales manager for some periods.
Keisuke Fujimura joined Hitachi Maxell Ltd in 1990, was General Manager at the Singapore office from 2004 to 2010, and later Chief of Sales Planning Division at Headquarters in Japan. In 2013 he moved to Europe and served as General Manager of Maxell Europe, in 2014 and until 2020 he held the same position in Hitachi Europe. On 1st October 2020 he is still stationed in Europe for Maxell Ltd at the London offices, as General Manager of the Business Solutions Division.
The new assignment is part of the measures defined as a natural evolution within the path implemented by Maxell in the last seven years: a path that has led the Optronic division of Maxell to assume, from 1st October 2020, the responsibilities of all related operations the spread on the European market of Maxell and Hitachi brand projectors, and all related accessories. The goal of the operation is the repositioning of the brand and the entry of Maxell Ltd into the global market of professional-grade visual solutions.
