K-array’s KGEAR range, distributed by Frenexport, expands with the addition of two new models as well as the arrival of active versions of three models, with built-in amplifiers and the ability to drive passive speakers
K-array’s renowned KGEAR brand, which is well represented in Frenexport‘s price list, is first of all enriched with two new products, GF42 and GF16, both of which feature the same high-quality 2-inch minidrivers used in the GF22 and GF82 , with which the new products also share the build quality and sound characteristics of sharpness and precision, but offer different range and dispersion angle options.
Very small and slender, these KGEAR signature installation columns offer performance that their appearance does not suggest, and they are true wall-mounted mini-array speakers, all the same shape and size regardless of the number of minidrivers they mount and designed to build uniform room coverage at the sound level, whether for indoor or outdoor applications, for both music and speech (in fact, ideal locations for KGEAR’s GF range are restaurants, bars, hotels, stations and retail stores).
To further increase the versatility of the range, KGEAR has also launched active versions of three models in the series (GF22A, GF42A, GF82A), now equipped with a built-in amplifier with an automatic ON-OFF function and the ability to drive a passive loudspeaker, as well as 100 V versions (GF42T, GF82T, GF162T) for large-scale loudspeaker implementations.
The entire speaker line, moreover, including the GF82 and GF22models, features a totally redesigned bracket system that offers greater installation flexibility and a cleaner look; finally, a range of new accessories means that all GF series speakers can also be used for outdoor applications, in settings ranging from hospitality to businesses, retail to houses of worship, and so on.
