New supervisory board at LANG AG
On 7th July 2023, the new Supervisory Board of LANG AG was established.
Previously, the supervisory board members Gabriele and Paul Detlef Lang as well as Peter Verspay resigned from office. This means that the founding generation, which has not been operationally active for LANG AG since 2008, is finally leaving
the family business.

“A smooth generational transition was always important to us. We are proud to have such a diverse and thus also future-oriented supervisory board as our successor,” explains company founder Paul Detlef Lang.
In the future, the Supervisory Board of LANG AG will consist of six persons who were elected for a period of two years.
The new supervisory board is structured as follows:
The new chairman is Florian Rotberg, managing director of Invidis Consulting GmbH.
The deputy chairperson is Christina Lang-Winter, headmaster of the Kettelerschule, Bonn.

Michael Blackman, Managing Director of Integrated Systems Events GmbH. Rebecca Göckel, Managing Director of NRDS GmbH. Professor Dr.-Ing. Sina Mostafawy, Professor at Düsseldorf University of Applied Sciences and Managing Director of RHM MEDIA GmbH. Anika Lauth, Managing Director of LANG UK Ltd.

“With the realignment, we want to set the course for an even more successful future. Our home, the professional AV industry, is much more dependent on global developments and foreign technologies today than it was 20 years ago. We will do justice to this development with the realignment,” explains main shareholder and Chairman of the Board Tobias Lang.
LANG AG had a turnover of 82 million euros in Germany in 2022. It employs around 230 people. The company also has interests in similar service providers in Switzerland, Spain and the UK.
