Kramer, a leading provider of audiovisual experiences, is pleased to announce the appointment of Emiliano Faccioli, an established and experienced AV professional, as its new regional director for Italy.
Based at the company’s headquarters offices in Milan, Italy, his appointment is part of Kramer’s ambitious and reinvigorated regional sales and growth strategy in the Italian market, in which Emiliano will play a key role in developing and realizing the ambitious growth goals the company has set for itself.
A big fan of hybrid work environments, Emiliano brings extensive B2B sales and management experience to Kramer’s leadership team, having worked for some of the world’s leading AV companies during an illustrious 20-year career. This includes nearly 13 years spent at Crestron, where he was Sales Manager for Italy, leading the sales team.

Rapid growth
Reporting to Peter Baxter, senior vice president (SVP) EMEA, Emiliano, an avid motorcyclist, will be responsible for promoting all operations and commercial initiatives, thanks to his deep knowledge and experience in the Italian market, in order to accelerate market share ambitions.
Under Emiliano’s leadership, the first phase of this new strategy will include, but will not be limited to, further promotion of brand and product awareness across all sectors, strengthening relationships with marketing channels, expanding the partner network, and identifying, developing, and winning new business opportunities. Emiliano is also overseeing a major hiring campaign in Italy, which will see the number of hires more than double in the coming months.
