JVCKENWOOD, one of the leading companies active in the global audio and video market, has signed a distribution agreement with Leading Technologies, an established company in the Italian professional audio and video scene, for the JVC Professional product line, for Italy, the Republic of Malta, San Marino and Vatican City. The JVC Professional line – aimed at a wide audience, from prosumers to more structured realities: filmmakers, cameramen, architects, designers, hoteliers, radio stations and many others – will now be available in Leading Technologies’ distribution channel.
This strategic partnership offers a double benefit; on the one hand, JVCKENWOOD expands its target market; on the other hand, Leading Technologies enriches its product portfolio, as well as complements its offering with the quality of JVC products.
Founded in 1978, Leading Technologies is one of the most prominent realities in the Italian panorama of professional audio, video and lighting. Able to support professionals throughout the design phase, Leading Technologies’ many years of experience in the field has allowed it to create strong relationships with numerous established realities in the Italian territory. The strong point is to guarantee highly customized solutions capable of responding to the customer’s needs.
In detail, the JVC Professional line to be distributed by Leading Technologies includes a Visual part and a Video Professional part. The first refers to image acquisition and monitoring, with an offering of monitors from 9″ to 30″ control and display. The second, on the other hand, serves all those who need professional cameras, from advanced amateur videomakers to filmmakers, newsmakers, local and national TV. A third product line to be distributed by Leading Technologies concerns robotic cameras, full HD up to 4K. JVC Professional also offers devices in the field of professional video projection, a separate core, which refers to the video simulation sector in both military and civilian settings.
Norberto Agosteo, Managing Director of JVCKENWOOD Italy, commented, “Entrusting the distribution to Leading Technologies represents a strategic choice for us, as it allows us to expand the audience to whom we can offer JVC Professional products, being able to count on the professionalism and experience of this partner. We are, therefore, very proud to have made this partnership official, which will bring us new opportunities in new markets.”
Leading Technologies Sales Director Galileo Girotto also commented on this important step taken by the two companies:
“It is a source of pride for us to be able to make official the collaboration with JVC Professional, a multinational reality that will help us achieve our goal of increasing video market penetration, offering a valid alternative to our customers. We are confident that this operation will bring great and mutual satisfaction to both companies.”
