INOGENI has chosen ISE 2023 to present the new CAM230, an extremely versatile and easy-to-use USB and HDMI multi-camera switcher, designed to manage meetings, but also remote and hybrid lessons as well as webinars and live streaming.
INOGENI did not miss the opportunity to present at ISE 2023, at stand 2-T430, its latest novelty, which extends the company’s line of mixers and switchers: CAM230 is in fact a new multi-camera switcher which allows to easily handle the signals of two USB 3.0/2.0 cameras and one HDMI camera, ensuring that all meeting participants have the opportunity to speak and contribute to the conversation. The CAM230 also supports two-way audio for video bars, whiteboards and document cameras, thus promoting collaboration and productivity in any virtual environment. In addition to the push button on the front, the CAM230 also features RS232 and IP controls allowing for easy integration as well as camera selection on a control PAD with your preferred codecs and matrices or directly on a monitor or laptop, for effective BYOM meetings.
Especially in Educational applications, CAM230 can be important. In fact, in a class full of students it is necessary to use several video cameras, just one is not enough to guarantee everyone the possibility of interacting. The ideal configuration could be: a room for the speaker, one for the audience and one dedicated to the blackboard. This setup, known as a HyFlex classroom, allows all participants to fully engage and feel included in the lesson. CAM230 by INOGENI is a very suitable solution for this type of application, also supporting whiteboards and document cameras.
