The most interesting opportunity for companies is to propose seminars and technical interventions that, at the forthcoming InfoComm 2018, help to create interest and to make known their brand and their skills
There is time until October 1st to attend, with your own ideas, to the official selection of proposals for seminars and workshops at Las Vegas InfoComm 2018. There should be non-commercial seminars and workshops, in other words: no production presentations or “sales desks”, but vendor-neutral sessions on technical issues related to the AV world.
The rules are very simple: InfoComm accepts proposals for seminars and non-commercial workshops of 1 hour, 1,5 hours or 2 hours. Workshops should be designed for a period of four hours. There can be no project that has different durations than these.
Submitters will be notified whether they are invited to present a vendor-neutral session at InfoComm 2018 by December 2017. If your submission is selected, InfoComm will schedule your session. You will have the opportunity to accept the session schedule or request a new time when you respond to the invitation to present. All seminars and workshops will take place June 5 – 8.
Interventions will have to be focused on the main themes of the InfoComm, the real-life applications of solutions and products, and must provide the participants with real skills and interesting information on the AV world. It’s not possible, however, to propose seminars that promotes your own products or services, to ask for the wrong amount of time and to submit a session that isn’t tailored to the AV industry. All information on the InfoComm 2018 website. Good presentation at all!
