Awarded by Great Place To Work, the certification highlights the improvement in the Employee Experience and Trust Index of Gewiss, which has always been committed to creating pleasant and modern work environments
It was thanks to a survey conducted on approximately 2.200 Gewiss employees that the company was recognized, in Italy and in ten other countries around the world, with the Great Place to Work certification – an international company specialized in the analysis of the working environment and in its improvement. This recognition comes at the end of a path of managerialisation, digitalisation, internationalization and sustainability, undertaken since 2020 which has also led to a rapid evolution from the point of view of HR strategy, as highlighted by the positive trend of the trust index among collaborators. HR stands for “Human Resources”; HR strategy is a short to medium term plan for developing and improving the management of daily HR operations and processes.
The certification was awarded on the basis of the results of the survey that the research institute conducted internally among employees, with the aim of measuring the people experience and evaluating the corporate culture through five concepts: credibility, respect, fairness, pride and cohesion.
Simone Capoferri, Chief Human Resources & Organization Officer of Gewiss, noted with satisfaction that “this progressive improvement in the trust index and the excellent feedback from our collaborators is confirmation that we are moving in the right direction in always putting more people at the center of our evolutionary path. We are aware that the road to excellence, also in the management of resources, is still long and challenging, but today we feel even more motivated to follow it with determination and enthusiasm”, he then concluded.
