Available in black or white, Evolve 30M combines performance and flexibility, thanks to the included eight-channel digital mixer, internal effects and the ability to remotely control all audio, effects and mix functions via the Electro-Voice QuickSmart Mobile application (available through Apple Store and Google Play).
The Evolve 30M system
The system includes a speaker array, a two-piece pole connector, an array and pole backpack carry case, and a powered subwoofer – all made to pack up and assemble quickly, look great on stage, and withstand real-world wear and tear. The column array has six 2.8” neodymium drivers offering 120° coverage via proprietary waveguides; array-formed 40° asymmetrical vertical coverage ensures acoustic output is directed towards both sitting and standing audience members. The 10” subwoofer is housed in a 15mm wooden case with a specially designed laminar design. The array and the subwoofer are connected via an aluminum pole with internal wiring and assisted magnetic coupling. Finally, a class D amplifier provides up to 1000W of power: 500W to the subwoofer and 500W to the column array. To protect the speakers, there is a black powder-coated steel grille.
The main applications of Evolve 30M are the single musicians or small musical groups, who go out for evenings or events, and venues of various sizes, especially small clubs. In short, it’s a perfect product for any application that needs an easy to use, portable and lightweight system with excellent connectivity, control, coverage and output. Ease of use and smart control
Finally, a few words about the control options. QuickSmart DSP allows navigation of system parameters via an LCD display with single knob control, and allows you to select options for routing and signal inputs. Features include four presets (Music, Live, Speech, Club), three-band system EQ (low, mid, high), seven-band graphic EQ (in Mixer mode), five user-programmable presets (Store settings and Recall), phantom power and input level control.
All these functions can also be controlled via the QuickSmart Mobile app: fully configurable, this app offers an intuitive and easy user interface and uses Bluetooth Low Energy (BTLE) technology to adjust and monitor all parameters of a maximum of six Evolve 30M systems simultaneously.
