EET Group has confirmed itself as one of the most important European entities in value-added distribution of IT products with the acquisition, which was finalized at the end of May this year, of Convena Distribution.
Effective from May 23, 2023, under the agreement with Convena Distribution A/S, EET Group has acquired all the shares of the Convena Group. Among the major international IT distributors in Europe, with almost twenty years of experience in the industry, Convena Distribution, thanks to a dedicated team of 90 people, serves over 4,000 customers in more than 30 countries, with offices in Denmark, Germany, Finland, France, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, and Sweden. It enjoys a strong reputation in the industry for both the quality of service and its business mindset.
EET Group, in fact, saw Convena as an ideal complement to its own characteristics, and with this acquisition, it continues on the path of growth and development of its pan-European offering, a path that it has firmly embarked on. The acquisition of Convena Distribution is the thirtieth acquisition by EET Group since 2015 and the second in 2023, and it is the latest in a series of strategic actions undertaken by EET to expand its business and initiate long-term growth.
