The acquisition of Convena Distribution is consistent with EET’s targeted expansion strategy and consolidates its position as a pan-European market leader in value-added distribution of IT products
EET and the owners of Convena Distribution A/S have entered into an agreement under which EET Group, effective May 23, 2023, will acquire all shares in Convena Group. Convena Distribution has annual sales of 80 million euros and is one of the leading international IT distributors in Europe with more than 19 years of experience in the industry. A team of 90 dedicated people serves more than 4,000 customers in more than 30 countries with offices in Denmark, Germany, Finland, France, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, and Sweden.

The acquisition of Convena Distribution is the latest in a series of strategic moves by EET to expand its business and position itself for long-term growth. Convena Distribution is EET Group’s 30th acquisition since 2015 and the second in 2023, following the Belgian distributor Tridis acquired in April.
