Durante’s innovation has a double name: “Space Booking 2020” and “Easy Visit”, proprietary technologies officially launched during ISE 2020
Durante, a company specialized in advanced Unified Communications systems and in smart workspace and visitor management solutions, has chosen ISE 2020 for the official launch of two of its proprietary technologies, designed to provide solutions suitable for large companies but also suited to needs of SMEs and professionals.
Paolo Bonetti, Durante’s marketing and communication manager, tells us about Space Booking 2020 and Easy Visit, the protagonists of this event: “Space Booking 2020” – says Mr. Bonetti – “is an integrated hardware and software infrastructure for workspace management: it allows to organize meetings, book rooms and manage shared environments; the system governs the entire booking flow, integrating with the Exchange and Gsuite clients. Sending invitations, room booking, connection between different rooms via video conference… but also taxi booking, translation services, catering: everything is managed through the proprietary iOS and Android application, with completeness and ease of use. A touch panel allows to manage all the functionality of the application and extends up to the control of the room home automation: adjustment of the lights and shutters according to the lighting of the projector, but also control of the room temperature/humidity, audio volume and microphones etc.”
Easy Visit, on the other hand, is a new visitor management platform, developed – in the words of Paolo Bonetti – “to collaborate in the most efficient way with Space Booking 2020: it allows to get to know the guests attending a meeting day by day and accredit them through a PNR code sent by email that will allow them to access the host company. Through the management dashboard, the organizer of the meeting checks in the meeting room, thus starting the occupation for the pre-established time slot: if the check-in is not carried out, the room is available again for booking in order to facilitate the virtuous use of the common spaces and allow the implementation of a scoring mechanism that penalizes those who usually reserve spaces without then using them.”
The union of Space Booking and Easy Visit takes the name of Easy Suite. For SMEs and professionals, in addition, there is Quick Book, the 100% cloud version of Space Booking, which can be purchased, with a more than affordable monthly fee, even from very small companies, with one or two meeting rooms.
