Hedra is a Secure Solution for Mission-Critical Operations
Christie® is pleased to announce the launch of Hedra™, a video wall processor that offers an all-in-one secure control room solution. Hedra allows users to make quick and informed decisions with real-time access to data that can be controlled virtually from anywhere.
Based on a Linux hardware system and featuring multi-view KVM, users can work securely remotely or centrally and easily switch between different screen layouts and configurations. With drag-and-drop interfaces and customized layouts, organizing and controlling the information displayed on a video wall is a seamless operation.
Hedra can deliver data to up to four UHD displays and supports video walls up to 32 megapixels in configurations up to 8×2, enabling operators to make timely and collaborative decisions.
“Hedra is a secure, responsive, user-friendly solution that is compliant with the TAA control room standards,” says Bill Zhu, Director of Product Management at Christie. “With Hedra, users can view, organize, and manage up to 26 inputs from both baseband sources, including HDMI and IP sources, with latency-free operation.”
This control room is ideal for small to medium-sized applications, including command and control rooms, broadcasting operations, security and surveillance, public utilities, and operations where critical information needs to be displayed securely and in real-time.
Hedra is available in three models: Hedra Standard, Hedra Pro-KVM, and Hedra Pro-Video, with inputs ranging from nine in the Standard model to 26 in the Pro-Video model.
Hedra is now available for order in the Americas and will be available in APAC and EMEA in September.
