The solution is called Bose Videobar VB-S, and is an all-in-one USB conferencing device that offers high quality video and audio even in meeting “booths”, in simple gathering spaces and in rooms up to 3 x 3 meters, the classic “huddle room”. The first characteristics of the Videobar VB-S are therefore the compactness, necessary for the product to adapt even to very small spaces, and the simplicity of use, which allows you to configure it between one meeting and another, to meet specific needs of each work group. In short, even very small rooms can become collectors of experiences and places for sharing potentially with the whole world.
Bose Videobar VB-S features four beam-steering microphones that actively focus on voices in the room, while special mute zones help reject unwanted sounds. The automatic equalization also offers optimized audio for all participants, in presence and remotely.
Video is ensured by an integrated 4K ultra-HD camera that offers a wide field of view, which easily embraces all meeting participants and facilitates communication. Auto framing mode is ideal for groups, allowing remote participants to follow conversations even while viewing content on whiteboards, flipcharts or other media in the room. For the single speaker, however, there is the Follow-me mode, which dynamically follows the person, allowing spontaneous movements and greater ease of expression.

The new Bose Videobar VB-S is easily configurable, to start working, thanks to the Bose Work Configuration software, available as an app or via a web browser. In addition, Bose Work Management software allows users to manage their devices remotely, and provides device status and control of critical functions for a single device or for all devices across the enterprise. Finally, through the Bose Work mobile app, users can adjust device settings, including volume, mute, pan, tilt, zoom, preset control and Bluetooth pairing, in real time even from a smartphone.
