BenQ has announced its participation in Didacta 2022 in the name of collaborative and safe teaching. The RE01 and RM03 series digital whiteboards will be presented at the company’s stand (T21) inside the Spadolini Pavilion, and targeted workshops will be held with the teachers of CampusStore Academy.
BenQ is confirmed as one of the exhibitors at Didacta Italia 2022, a major educational event to be held at the Fortezza da Basso in Florence from 20 to 22 May. Not since yesterday, in fact, BenQ has identified in the Education sector one of its strengths and in innovation applied to teaching one of its most distinctive elements. In particular, to characterize BenQ’s participation at Didacta 2022 will be the concept of interactive teaching in safety, both for the technological solutions proposed and for the more than 20 hours of workshops that the BenQ staff and some CampuStore Academy teachers will offer to the participants. Also noteworthy is the speech by Alessandro Franzini, director of the Toy and Pinocchio Museum in Florence, who will hold a workshop dedicated to the role of the toy as a witness of the eras and an educational tool.
As for the products, on the other hand, the interactive displays of the RE01 and RM03 series will be available to visitors at the BenQ stand, designed for an engaging and dynamic teaching alternative to the face-to-face lesson, in presence and in hybrid mode. The integrated software allows these displays to share materials and annotations in real time on student devices and vice versa, creating an agile collaboration environment. You can also write and draw in different colors and take notes on any application or video source, as well as take screenshots, save and share them instantly. The ClassroomCare system is then added to the set of features dedicated to interactive teaching. Developed and integrated into BenQ pen displays since 2012 and further improved over the years, this technology is specifically designed to create healthier learning environments. The Germ-Resistant screen, thanks to its nanoionic silver coating, eliminates bacteria on the surface, limiting their proliferation, while special integrated sensors monitor the quality of the air, signaling to teachers when a replacement is needed. At the same time, Eye-care technology protects ocular health by eliminating the flickering effect of images and reducing the blue light emissions of the screen.
“Didacta” – says Giacomo Rocchi, Sales and Marketing Director of BenQ Italy – “is for us not only a showcase of absolute importance, but also a moment of fundamental exchange with teachers and all the actors involved in teaching. Collecting their experiences is what has allowed us in all these years to always be one step ahead, anticipating solutions to needs that are now more current than ever, such as the need to reconcile interactivity and safety.”
