The Audac Inspire Tour 2023 livened up the beginning of October for the world of professional audio, with five events to discover, in particular, the new family of Atellio audio solutions
Audiosales, as the Italian reseller of AUDAC, actively participated in the AUDAC Inspire Tour 2023, five stages to discover the new family of Atellio networked audio solutions and other very interesting innovations. Starting on October 2nd from Cava De’ Tirreni, the Tour arrived in Turin on October 6th after a very tight program which saw intermediate stops in Florence, Sorbolo (Parma), at the Audiosales headquarters, and Milan. All in the name of innovation, technology and flexibility: the three key words from which AUDAC started to design the Atellio family. Flexible and scalable audio system, which fits perfectly into the logic of the convergence of AV and IT, Atellio offers a wide range of networked audio solutions suitable for any type of project and any environment.
Having been able to meet Audiosales Product Specialist Senio Corbini, what better occasion to ask him about the characteristics of Atellio and the other AUDAC innovations? “The tour” – Corbini explained to us – “was organized by AUDAC in all the countries, with the collaboration of the distributors for the stops in the main cities. At the center of everything, more than the products, are the AUDAC solutions, starting from the new Atellio series, which contains the Luna matrix, in two versions, with and without integrated Dante, but always expandable. This matrix manages 32 different zones and is top of the range, controllable via app on mobile or computer, perfect for hotels, university centers, etc..”
C: The other interesting news?
SC: “Definitely the new Dante built-in panels, with analogue inputs, integrated Bluetooth, analogue outputs, USB-C. All are characterized by the same family feeling, and do not neglect design, to the delight of the architects. Inside, there is also a DSP with integrated mixer for each small panel, which allows you to use the matrix as a central control and the panels deployed, so to speak, ‘on the territory’, or you can do without the matrix and use only the small panels, since they can be controlled online. Thus you have both a centralized and decentralized solution for audio distribution.”
C: How did the Tour go, in practice?
SC: “Every day from 9.00 to 13.00, with an introduction of the AUDAC brand, and then an examination of the complete solutions, from the rack to the cables used to wire up to the speakers. We also talked about the world of audio/video over IP, with Netgear switches, and we dedicated part to Atellio solutions, complete with a listening session. Finally, the free operational training program on the products offered by AUDAC, with recognized qualification, should not be underestimated. The idea of AUDAC is to provide not only product solutions but also training solutions.”
C: Any other interesting news?
“SC: Certainly the NPM 200 paging base, which allows you to have the talk button but also a customizable touch screen, and can also manage third-party systems, again with integrated Dante, and NCP 105, a new small panel exclusively for control, without audio, but with the same family feeling and can be used to control third-party equipment.”
C: A summary: how did the tour go?
SC: “Great! We had many visitors belonging to different categories, from installers of all types to IT experts. The different stages were also excellent opportunities to meet with the other Italian AUDAC partners and to meet system integrators and installers intrigued by the brand’s solutions, as well as by the Audiosales team. The thing that pleased me most was seeing how customers spontaneously arrived at the same conclusions as us: the new panels and the flexibility of the entire Atellio system are striking and leave their mark, they allow us to design with scalability and allow us to offer users systems destined to grow, representing an excellent ‘weapon’ for those who have to sell the system.”
