Adam Hall Group presents the new LD Systems TICA Series for the installation market and the latest upgrade to the LD Systems QUESTRA design & management software
At Integrated Systems Europe 2024, the Adam Hall Group will be presenting several new installation solutions with its Adam Hall Integrated Systems business vertical. The lighting brand Cameo will also be represented with its own stand for the first time.
The Adam Hall Integrated Systems booth focuses on a complete range of products designed specifically for the installation market. The new TICA Series (TICA stands for Tools for Integrating Commercial Audio) includes everything from media streaming and mixing preamplifiers to a range of amps with different channel and power outputs. There are also Dante networked audio interfaces, transformers, headphone amplifiers and control interfaces. Designed for hospitality, retail, corporate and education applications, installers can build entire systems with TICA Series products, or they can be integrated into existing installations, providing additional connections or zones.
All TICA products are extremely compact, allowing them to slot into any project with ease. They can be installed under tables, behind screens, and in ceilings. The 1U TICA rack tray allows up to four devices to be placed next to each other, enabling integrators to build a system that fits the exact project requirements with minimal rack space. These small, functional, single purpose products offer compact solutions for any size project that are flexible, easy to install and packed with features that deliver better sound and control.
LD Systems is also proud to launch QUESTRA v1.2, the powerful design and management software for networked LD Systems installation solutions. Originally launched at ISE 2023, QUESTRA enables access to the full DSP capabilities of all LD Systems audio installation devices, allowing users to configure audio networks of any size and manage and control every device from a single application. The software also includes a powerful editor to create custom user interfaces for remote control that can be operated from Windows computers or any Android or iOS portable device.
Administrators can create users, assign specific roles and limit access to certain functions, ensuring that critical network settings cannot be modified. Device presets to match different user applications can be easily created and managed in QUESTRA and triggered via the custom GUIs. In addition, with remote access to the audio network, monitoring and support can be provided from anywhere, at any time.
LD Systems QUESTRA v1.2 includes a number of significant updates designed to improve functionality and enhance the user experience, including improved system architecture and an expanded device library. There is also a new feature – Scenes – which provides global automation of actions involving all devices in a project. Finally, a number of new implementations – including an Elements Library, Widgets, and Multi-selection in pre-edit mode, plus direct software upload for QTP touch panels – all contribute to an improved user experience.
For Gabriel Alonso, AHIS Product Manager, QUESTRA is something of a gamechanger when it comes to deploying LD Systems audio installation projects. “QUESTRA gives you full control of your project before, during, and after commissioning,” he said. “Customers can plan their projects and prepare system configurations before they even get to site and start installing any hardware. They can even create the custom UIs and demonstrate them to clients in advance. The latest updates make the software even easier to use, and the new Scenes feature is an especially valuable time-saver. For any integrator deploying LD Systems products in their projects, QUESTRA takes the pain out of planning, configuring and commissioning, saving you time and effort at every stage.”
The new LD Systems QUESTRA v1.2 upgrade is available from January 30, and can be downloaded here.
