ArtTech is very established on the giant screen market, but it is the first time that we have been able to interview one of its representatives
Very kindly, Bruno Caré – Sales Manager of ArtTech – agreed to answer our questions at the company’s stand at ISE 2024. Based near Turin but with several offices and warehouses elsewhere, both in Italy and in Europe, ArtTech was born in 2007 with construction plants in China and Germany, and with a business that extends throughout the world. In Italy the company works mainly in the sports and fashion sectors.
C – How do you evaluate your participation in ISE this year?
BC – The fair was excellent, after all we have been exhibiting there for years. We offer solutions, not products. Not a simple giant screen, but the way of placing and exploiting the giant screen within a reality, a project. This fair is an excellent opportunity to establish relationships with partners and companies, but also to show our proposals, not only customers but also developers. There are companies that have niche products that we can integrate into our customized proposals.
C – Who are your target customers?
BC – The figure we are targeting is essentially the facility manager, we also do services but our core business is companies, event organisers, even private individuals, in short, anyone who needs high-impact configurations for events or locations. We also do operational rentals and leasing, to meet the needs of small-to-medium sized customers. We are growing a lot, we are constantly opening new offices and warehouses, so that we can give everything ready for delivery.
C – What have you brought here to ISE?
BC – We have several new features, starting with a new panel that allows you to easily carry out interviews, already widely used by football teams, for example. Another practical solution is the new eco power box, 100% green, which offers an autonomy of eight hours and the possibility of recharging with a solar panel. Here at ISE it had a great response. Finally, our new “portable” Transparent, a structure that offers both visibility and the possibility of displaying and exploiting the internal space of shops and locations. In general, we give a lot of weight to design: based on a project, we can create everything the customer needs while respecting standards, even in television studios. Design and technology are our cornerstones. We take care of everything, from the production of the LED to the final product. Our customers do not have to rely on third parties and can manage their project with a single contact person. We have many partnerships that allow us to develop innovative and functional products. Our customer service, in Italy, assists the customer within 24 hours.
C – One last question: how do you view the advance of Virtual Production? It seems like one of the big themes of this year, here at ISE…
BC – It’s not really our business, but we have also dealt with events for which they asked us for products such as 3D holograms etc. So in fact it is a world that interests us, given that our goal is to provide a 360° service.
