The Multimedia Digital Board, aka BIG PAD, is a large display increasingly used in corporate meeting rooms, boardrooms and offices. The HDDS Vision new solutions comes from the latest innovation presented by Sharp at ISE 2018.
Digital boards allow managing a meeting in total clarity and effectiveness, not only for their size, but also thanks to the touchscreen monitors and the multi-connection to all the participants’ devices. For years, HDDS Vision has been focusing on the Digital Board convenience as an efficient tool to do business relationship or hold meetings. The large screens enable all the attendees to appreciate every detail, also thanks to the 4K and Full HD resolution, and use the touchscreen monitor’s zoom. This solution is very captivating to the eye and it is a good way to impress and lead the conversation in the desired direction. Many digital boards are equipped with a special pen to write notes directly on the digital board, making these products really useful and appreciated for brainstorming and data analysis.
This year, during the annual Amsterdam’s ISE, Sharp launched its latest digital board, namely Sharp PN-70TH5, with a 70” display and 4K resolution. Writing is supported by the palm rejection feature to minimize false touch and prevent unwanted marks while writing. Furthermore, it is equipped with an active pen with a fine 2-mm tip, for the best writing experience, just like on paper.
The PN-70TH5 model allows all attendees to actively take part in the modification of contents through their own personal devices (BYOD – Bring Your Own Device) and a wireless connection. It also features the function 2×2 Picture-by-Picture, which enables to display contents coming from up to 4 input signals at the same time, with direct touch for full-screen selection. The installation is the same for Television: either with wall brackets or on a dedicated floor support.
Unlike LIMs (Multimedia interactive whiteboard), the digital board doesn’t need a projector and it works 24/7.
