In Barcelona during the Integrated Systems Europe fair, Christian Pieretto CEO of 3P technologies and Luca Fabiano of Techlit SCM commented on the recent acquisition of 3P Technologies by Project Informatica, which consolidates the group’s skills in the technology integration segment and audio and video solutions. This is a turning point for the company which is thus able to offer a higher level of service and strengthen the ability to tackle projects, especially international, thanks to the integration of processes. This acquisition gives life to a reality with solid skills and great experience and will allow to expand the range of solutions, giving the customer more support.
Project Informatica is a system integrator based in Stezzano (Bergamo) and active for over thirty years in the ICT business services market, which already in 2020 acquired Techlit, which the following year acquired S.C.M. from which Techlit SCM was born, the company is based near Monza. Together with 3P Technologies, system integrator with offices in Padua and Milan and thirty years of experience in the design and integration of technologies.
